卒業式?大学院修了式当日は、卒業生?修了生の皆さんに、大学オリジナルストールを贈呈します。
各座席の上にオリジナルストールが置かれておりますので、着用して式典に臨んでください。
Students attending the ceremony will be presented with YNU original stole which will be placed each above seat. Please wear the stole during the ceremony.

ストール着用方法：中心から首に掛け、「２０２４」が右手側になるように着用

*How to wear the stole: Hang it around your neck from the center, and wear it so that "2024" is on the right side.

記念撮影AR看板　Augmented reality (AR) signboards

　今回卒業生?修了生を含む式典に参加される皆様の安全確保の観点から、式場周辺には記念看板等の設置は行いませんのでご了承ください。代わりにスマートフォンで利用可能なAR看板を用意しましたのでぜひご利用ください。なおこのAR看板は、式場周辺でなくてもご利用いただけます。

For the safety of all attendees, including graduates and alumni, please note that we will not be setting up commemorative signboards in the vicinity of the ceremony. Instead, we have prepared augmented reality (AR) signboards that can be used with smartphones. The AR signboards can be used even if you are not in the vicinity of the ceremony venue.

注意事項　Notes

ご来場について

1. ご来場には公共交通機関をご利用ください。
   車での送迎による施設付近への乗りつけは渋滞の原因となりますのでお控えください。
2. 近隣のホテルや会議センターの入口周辺での待ち合わせは一般利用客の通行の妨げとなりますのでお辞めください。
3. 入場終了時刻直前は受付が大変混み合います。お早めにご来場くださるようお願いいたします。

1. Please use public transportation to get to the venue. Please refrain from driving to and from the facility as this will cause traffic congestion.
2. Please refrain from meeting around the entrances to nearby hotels and Conference Center, as this will impede the flow of general users.
3. The reception desk is very busy just before the end of the admission period. Please arrive as early as possible.

式場について

1. ごみ箱を設置していませんので、ごみは各自でお持ち帰りください。
2. 当日は、聴覚障がい等のある方への情報保障を行います。
   PCテイクの閲覧方法は、式場の受付に掲示します。利用希望者はスマートフォンなどの端末をお持ちください。
