令和5年度入学式を下記のとおり実施します。

YNU will hold Entrance Ceremony for Spring 2023. Details will be as follows.
Depending on the situation, ceremony details are subject to change.

※新入生は9:45までに着席してください。
なお、参加される皆様には、基本的な感染防止対策（※）にご協力をお願いします。なおマスクの着用は、個人の主体的な選択を尊重することとなっています。
※基本的な感染対策とは、「三つの密」（① 密閉空間（換気の悪い密閉空間である）、② 密集場所（多くの人が密集している）、③ 密接場面（互いに手を伸ばしたら手が届く距離での会話や発声が行われる）という3つの条件をいう。）の回避、「人と人との距離の確保」、「手洗い等の手指衛生」、「換気」等をいいます。

*New students are asked to be seated by 9:45.
We ask all participants to cooperate with basic infection prevention measures*.
We respect the individual's independent choice to wear a mask or not.
*Basic infection control measures include avoidance of the ”3Cs", maintaining a safe distance between people, hand washing and other hand hygiene, and ventilation etc.

新入生は「入学許可書」もしくは「学生証」を持参し、入場時に提示してください。
父母等ご家族の方はご家族等入口で「入学許可書」または「学生証」のコピーをご提示ください。（新入生とは別の入口より入場いただきますのでお手数ですが事前にご準備ください。）

*New students are required to bring their letter of admission or student ID card and present it at the entrance.
Family members of new students must present a copy of their letter of admission or student ID at the entrance for family members. (Please be sure to prepare in advance, as you will be admitted through a different entrance than new students.)

1. 出席者は１週間前より検温と体調の観察を行い、記録するとともに、発熱、風邪の症状、息苦しさ（呼吸困難）、強いだるさ（倦怠感）のいずれかがある場合は、参加を取りやめていただきますようお願いします。
2. 式典前から行う検温に加え、当日は式典会場入口において、非接触検温計による検温を実施し、37.5 度以上の発熱が確認された場合は入場をお断りする場合がありますので、ご了承ください。
3. 会場内では設置されているアルコール消毒液により手指消毒にご協力ください。
4. 会場内?会場周辺では三つの密を回避した行動をとるようご協力をお願いします。
5. 会場内での飲食及び大声での会話は控え、式典終了後は速やかな退場を心掛けてください。

1. Take your temperature and check your health condition from 1 week before the day of the ceremony, and refrain from participating if you have a fever, cold symptoms, feelings of oppression (breathing difficulties), or severe listlessness (sense of fatigue).
2. In addition to the body temperature check by yourself before the ceremony, we will conduct the temperature check with the non-contact thermometer at the venue on the day of the ceremony, and if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.
3. Please disinfect your hands in the venue.
4. Avoid the“3Cs” in the vicinity of the venue.
5. Please refrain from eating, drinking, and talking loudly in the hall, and leave the venue promptly after the ceremony.

記念撮影AR看板　Augmented reality (AR) signboards

　今回新入生を含む式典に参加される皆様の安全確保と、uedbet体育_uedbet体育投注-彩客网彩票推荐の感染拡大防止の観点から、式場周辺には記念看板等の設置は行いませんのでご了承ください。代わりにスマートフォンで利用可能なAR看板を用意しましたのでぜひご利用ください。なおこのAR看板は、式場周辺でなくてもご利用いただけます。

For the safety of all attendees, including new students, and to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, please note that we will not be setting up commemorative signboards in the vicinity of the ceremony. Instead, we have prepared augmented reality (AR) signboards that can be used with smartphones. The AR signboards can be used even if you are not in the vicinity of the ceremony venue.
Information on how to use the AR signboard will be posted on the university's website by mid-March.

動画公開について

　ご来場いただけない皆様のために、式典の様子は後日、本学ウェブサイトにて動画を公開いたしますので、ぜひご覧ください。なおURL等については後日、本学ウェブサイトにてお知らせします。

For those unable to attend the ceremony, a video of the ceremony will be available at a later date. Details will be posted on the website as they become available.

式場について

1. ご来場には公共交通機関をご利用ください。
   車での送迎による施設付近への乗りつけは渋滞の原因となりますのでお控えください。
2. ごみ箱を設置していませんので、ごみは各自でお持ち帰りください。
3. 当日は、聴覚障がい等のある方への情報保障を行います。
   PCテイクの閲覧方法は、式場の受付に掲示します。利用希望者はスマートフォンなどの端末をお持ちください。
   そのほか、障がい等をお持ちの方で配慮が必要な場合は、支援者手配などの準備や調整のため、入学決定後、できるだけお早めに障がい学生支援室までご連絡ください。

1. Please use public transportation to get to the venue. Please refrain from driving to and from the facility as this will cause traffic congestion.
2. Please take your own garbage home.
3. On the day of the event, we will provide information support to attendees with hearing and other disabilities using a method called PC take.
   Details will be posted at the reception desk of the ceremony. Those who wish to use this service are requested to bring a smartphone or other device.
   If you have any other disabilities that require special consideration, please contact the Support Office for Students with Disabilities as soon as possible after your enrollment decision.
