The following measures will be taken for the time being for students (both Japanese students and international students) who cannot enter Japan before the deadline of enrollment procedures or the first day of classes, as well as students who are subject to self-quarantine due to the effects of the novel coronavirus:

１．Enrollment for New Students
If it is difficult to complete the enrollment procedures during the procedure period, please contact the office of your college or graduate school, which is written in the enrollment procedures guidebook. After your intention to enroll has been confirmed by YNU, YNU will take possible measures such as extending the deadline for enrollment.

２．Course Registration and Class Attendance
If you cannot enter Japan before the course orientation or the first day of classes, or cannot attend the class due to self-quarantine, please contact the office of your college or graduate school. If you cannot make it to the first day of the class, YNU will take possible measures such as holding a makeup class or extending the course registration period.

３．Fees for Student Dormitories
In case you could not enter Japan and could not move into the student dormitory during the move-in period, the period will be extended until the denial or restriction of entry into Japan is removed. If you do not think you can move in during the period, please contact the following office.
In addition, dormitory fees will be waived until the end of April in case you could not move in under these circumstances. Please contact the following office for more detail since the length of waiver or the amount of fee waived will be different from each dormitory.

４．Application for Scholarships
Please contact the following section at Student Center for scholarship application in case you could not attend classes following the denial or restriction of entry into Japan, or due to self-quarantine.
